About Our Judges
Tom Cox is a two time past National President and current Director of the Antique Automobile Club of America. He serves on the Board of the Virginia Museum of Transportation as Executive Vice President. An AACA Senior Master Judge, Tom serves on the AACA Zenith  and National Awards Judging Teams.  A former host of The Appraisers television show, Tom has judged at events across the country, and is a frequent panelist, moderator, and emcee at numerous automotive events.

Phil Neff is well known for his encyclopedic knowledge of classic cars. The Chief Judge for the Greenbrier Concours, Phil has served as a judge for numerous Concours across the country and the globe, including Radnor Hunt, St. Michaels, and The Elegance. He has been a board member of the 100 Motor Cars of Radnor Hunt for the past 10 years. Phil is an  automotive appraiser and the research Director for the well known USA Appraisal automotive appraisal service.  

Dave Kinney is the Publisher of the Hagerty Price Guide and the owner of USAppraisal in Great Falls, Virginia. Dave is also well known as an automotive journalist. You have seen his writing in Autoweek, Automobile, Sports Car Market, and the British publication Octane.  

Mark Lizewskie is steeped in automotive history. A former professional restorer of classic vehicles, Mark is a founding board member of The Elegance Concours, and has judged at many Concours across the country including Amelia Island, The Greenbrier, and many others. Mark served as the Executive Director of the AACA Museum in Hershey. He currently serves as the Executive Director for the Rolls Royce Owners Club as well as the Rolls Royce Foundation.

David Carte is a restoration specialist for Ferrari’s. He is the Owner of Classic and Sport Auto in Edinburgh, Virginia. David has over 25 years experience as a Ferrari Club of America judge.
